Description

Hicknaham Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that has been altered over time. It is timber-framed with brick and features an old tile roof. The farmhouse has an L-shaped plan and stands two storeys tall with three bays. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows with segmental heads and a door that is set within a 19th-century half-hipped open timber porch. The first floor has three modern 3-light metal casements. At the back of the building, there is another door within a porch, and to the left, the roof slopes downwards.
