Description

Dropmore County First School is a 19th-century building featuring a brick base and two brick buttresses. The structure is timber-framed and weather-boarded, topped with a thatched roof. It has two central chimneys and stands two storeys tall. On the ground floor, there is one 2-light casement window, one 3-light casement window, and a 6-light window, along with a 4-panel entrance door that has a hood supported by timber brackets. The first floor contains two 3-light casements set into the roof beneath the thatch. There are modern additions to the building.
