Description

The archway and flanking walls attached to the southwest end of the stables at Claydon Park date from the mid-18th century. They are constructed of chequer brick and feature a brick band course at the level of the springer. The central segmental arch is topped with a pediment that has a ball finial. The structure is complemented by stone coping.
