Description
Hill Top Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, originally timber framed, with 18th century flint and brick refronting on the two northern bays. It features an old tile roof and a dentil eaves cornice. The building is two storeys high, with a modern gabled porch on the left side. There are two modern 3-light leded casements on the left, one on each floor, while the bay on the right is brick faced. The ground floor has a 2-light casement with a segmental arched head, and above it, there is a 3-light casement. To the right, there is a recent addition that is also brick faced with a tiled roof. The left-hand return elevation displays the exposed timber frame with colourwashed plaster infill.
