Description

These are a group of three late 18th-century buildings, numbered 83 to 87, on The Causeway. They are constructed of chequer brick with a modern tile roof. Each building has one door, set beneath a small, flat hood supported by scrolled brackets, and one window. Number 83 has a four-panel door. These buildings form an important group with the George and Dragon Hotel (numbered 91 and 93), a gateway, and a sundial located at the Dial House on St Peter’s Street.
