Description

This is a barn with byres located to the north-east of Brig Cottage, likely built in the 17th century. It features coursed rubble construction with quoins and a graduated slate roof. The structure has two low storeys and consists of four bays in total. The original three-bay building on the left includes a plank byre door, with a plank door on each floor to the left, a blocked door at the rear, and a loft door in the former north gable. To the right, there is a single-bay extension that has a small window on the east side and a ramp leading up to a first-floor wagon entrance on the north side.
