Description
This boundary stone, located on the west side of the road approximately 20 metres south of the lane to Catholes in Dentdale, marks the boundary between the parishes of Sedbergh and Dent. It is probably from the 18th century and is made of sandstone. The stone is a flat-faced segmental-headed slab that stands about 1 metre high and features a worn inscription that reads "D / S".
