Description
This farm building, located approximately 25 metres north-east of Leck Hall, dates from the early 19th century and is likely a combination of a barn and shelter shed. It is constructed of sandstone rubble and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys, with the ground floor showcasing three keyed elliptical arches set on square piers. The upper storey is open at both the front and rear, supported by two square piers on each side. Flanking the central block are gabled sections, each containing two keyed elliptical arches on the ground floor that lead into compartments with stone vaulted ceilings. The left-hand block includes doors with plain reveals within the openings.
