Description

This is a boundary stone located in Giggleswick, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of slate and stands about 1 metre high. The upper surface is pointed and features the inscription "GIGGLESWICK STAINFORTH," which is divided by a vertical line. This stone is a single slab, unlike the more common boundary stones that consist of two adjacent slabs.
