This is a late 18th-century barn located 25 metres north-west of Stokesby Hall. Constructed of brick with a thatched roof, the barn's east side features double sliding timber doors set to the right. A pilaster strip is centrally positioned. To the left of the doors are two iron windows and a sliding pedestrian door, above which is a hay loft loading door. The interior was inaccessible during the time of the survey. The barn is listed for its contribution to the group value of buildings around Stokesby Hall.
