Description
Pelham Cottage is a dwelling built around 1830, featuring a facade that closely resembles that of the nearby stable block. The building has a symmetrical front facing east, topped with a hipped slate roof and constructed from stuccoed walls. At the center, there is a gable with a wide Tudor arch that contains three windows, flanked by two bays. These bays have a simple parapet, pilasters, and a plinth. Small pointed openings with hoodmoulds, including one in the gable, contain casement windows. To the south of the central feature, there is a 20th-century Adam-style doorway. The rear of the cottage is a plain wall, which includes an attic window in the center gable.
