Description

The screen wall between Pelham Place and the stable block is a Grade II listed structure dating from around 1830. This wall is made of stucco and features a plain parapet. It is divided into three bays by buttresses, with each bay containing a lancet opening topped by a square hood-mould. At the northern end, there is a gateway designed as a Tudor arch, flanked by walls that each have a slender lancet opening. These flanking walls also feature a castellated parapet that is raised in the center.
