Description
Nos 413 and 416 on Rumbold's Hill are a single building from the early 19th century, part of the Cowdray Estate. The structure is made of red brick with grey headers arranged in Flemish bond. It features an eaves cornice and a tiled roof, with intact glazing bars. There are two doorways flanked by reeded pilasters and low rectangular fanlights. Between the doorways, there are two small bays that were likely originally shop windows, topped with a continuous cornice.
