This is a range of three 18th-century cottages located on Duck Lane in Midhurst. They are constructed of hythe sandstone and Midhurst stone rubble, which has been painted. The roof is tiled. The cottages have casement windows, and a single storey with an attic space. They feature seven windows and seven dormers, contributing to an interesting silhouette.
