Description

The well head and boundary wall to Forbes Almshouse is a structure built in 1852, located to the south of the almshouses. It features flint walls with brick dressings and has a pyramid roof covered in scalloped tiles, accented by blue brick dentil eaves. The well head is a square open structure with an arch on each side and a low brick wall on three sides. A key brick is dated 1852. The boundary wall is plain and made of flint with brick capping, and it includes short brick piers at the openings.
