36 Charlton Park Road is an early 17th century timber-framed building, originally three cottages, located on the Goodwood Estate. The building has been refaced with flint and has red brick dressings and quoins. It has a tiled roof, casement windows, a modern porch, two storeys and an attic. The front facade features four windows and three dormers.
