Description

The Folly is a 16th century timber-framed cottage located in Charlton Village, part of the Goodwood Estate. The timber framing is exposed in one area on the first floor, with red brick infilling, but the building has mostly been refaced with square knapped flints, accented by red brick dressings, quoins, and a flush string-course. It features a hipped tiled roof and has two storeys with four casement windows.
