Description

28 and 29 Charlton are a pair of buildings constructed in the mid-19th century as part of the Goodwood Estate. They represent the local “Dukery style,” and have a half-H plan. The construction features coursed flints, with dressings, quoins, and dripstones over the windows, all set against red brick and flint. The roof is tiled. The buildings have two storeys and four windows, with projecting outer window bays that have gables above. Casement windows are present throughout.
