Description

Brooklyn House is an 18th-century house located on the north side of High Street in East Meon. It features brick walls made of blue headers with red quoins and panels, along with rubbed flat arches and a first-floor band. The house has a tiled roof and a south-facing front that is two storeys high, with five windows above three. The windows are sashes, and there are two Victorian splayed bays on the ground floor, each with tiled roofs. The doorway is framed by an architrave surround with panelled reveals, a radiating fanlight, and a four-panelled 19th-century door.
