Description

The Round Tower in the Priory Grounds is a 19th-century structure, possibly associated with a railway underpass. It is built of flint with stone dressings, featuring some coursing of stone, especially at the plinth level. The tower has a crenellated parapet and a doorway on the southeast side that has a boarded door. Several windows are blocked with brick.
