Description

The Dene is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber frame with plaster infilling and diagonal braces, and is designed in an L-shape. The north and west fronts of the south wing have been refaced with stone, while the north wing has stone on the ground floor and tile-hanging above. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The house has casement windows and is two storeys high, with a total of five windows.
