Description

Heycroft House is a house dating from the late 16th and early 17th centuries, with 20th-century restoration. The house has a timber frame with brick infill. The eastern gable has herringbone brickwork above a ground floor of blue header brickwork. The west end features a jettied first floor, and part of the north wall is close-studded with flint infill. The roof is tiled, with a half-hip at the west end and a catslide to the south. It is a two-storey building with irregular window placement, featuring casement windows. A boarded door is accompanied by a side window.
