Description

The Manor House is an L-shaped building dating from 1607, with the south wing featuring a stone plaque dated 1688, although it has been refaced with cement in the 19th century. The house has a tiled roof and is two storeys high with six windows. It includes a mix of casement and sash windows, all with intact glazing bars. The eastmost wing dates from around 1850 and also has two storeys and an attic, with four windows and three dormers, which also have intact glazing bars. This section has a slate roof and features a pedimented doorway with a six-fielded door and fanlight. The Manor House and the adjacent Barn are considered a group.
