Description

The Church of St Andrew, dating from 1607, is notable for its Saxon work found in the south porch and tower, but it primarily features Norman and Early English architectural styles. Inside, there is a 12th-century font and a medieval coffin lid. The church is part of a group that includes the wall of the churchyard, the enclosure to the east, and the Almshouses.
