Description

Nos 141 and 142 are likely the original farmhouse at Norton, dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century. The building has two storeys and an attic in the gable end. It features two windows and one blocked window. The exterior is faced with knapped flints and has long and short stone quoins. The roof is covered with slate. The windows are casement style with stone mullions and dripstones above them. There is a four-centred stone doorway that also has a dripstone.
