Description

Pond Cottage is a Grade II listed building located in East Dean Village. Originally two cottages, this 16th-century structure features exposed timber framing with flint infilling on the ground floor, while the first floor is plastered. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The building has casement windows, although there is a modern ground floor window at the west end. Additionally, a modern brick addition has replaced a shed portion at the west end.
