Description

No. 3 East Dean is a building from the late 17th century or early 18th century, located on the east side of East Dean Hill in the Goodwood Estate. It is two storeys high and features three windows along with one blocked window space. The exterior is faced with flints and has red brick dressings, including quoins and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style.
