Description
The statue of a lioness, dating from the mid-18th century, is located to the north-north-west of The Orangery at Goodwood House. It was created for the second Duke of Richmond and is made of ashlar stone. This statue commemorates a beloved lioness from the second Duke of Richmond's famous menagerie, which was situated nearby.
