Description

East House and West House is a building originally constructed as a farmhouse in the 18th century, now divided into two separate dwellings with an archway between them. The building is two storeys high and features two windows for each house. It is made of red brick and has a tiled roof, with intact glazing bars. Each house has an outer window bay that projects. The doorways are topped with sloping tiled hoods supported by brackets. The central portion of the building is faced with squared knapped flints and includes a carriage archway that passes through the middle.
