Description
North Lodge to Basing Park is a classical lodge that has been converted into a separate dwelling. It was built in the early 19th century and underwent restoration in the 20th century. The building features stuccoed walls and a Tuscan Order of pilasters on the main floor, along with a balustraded parapet and coupled pilasters at the middle and ends. The lower walls are plain, and the roof is a 20th-century slate mansard style with dormers. The structure is one storey high, with an attic and basement, and consists of a rectangular block with three bays and two end bays, featuring sash windows. The entrance was added in the 20th century.
