Description

No. 87 High Street is a house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features painted mathematical tiles and has a coped parapet above a plain tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and has a regular two-window front, with tripartite sash windows set in three-storey segmental bows that rise through the parapet. The entrance is located off-centre to the right and is framed by a Doric columned surround with an open pediment. The entrance itself is segmental arched, with panelled reveals, a fanlight, and a six-panel door. There is a downpipe positioned in the centre of the facade.
