Description

Flint's Orchard is an 18th-century cottage located in West Burton, within the parish of Madehurst in the Arun District. The building stands two storeys high and features three windows. It is constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins, topped with a tiled roof. The windows are casement style. This cottage was formerly part of the Dale Park Estate.
