Description

Fairview House and The Mill House are an early 19th-century cottage of three storeys and three windows. The exterior is painted brick, with the second floor slate-hung. The roof is slate, and the original glazing bars remain intact. The building was formerly known as Tranquillity and Fairview, and previously as Rosemary Cottage. The address has been updated from Grove Lane to Rosemary Lane.
