Description

No. 347 Leconfield Estate is a former pair of cottages that have been combined into one building, dating from the 18th century. It stands two storeys high and features two windows along with one dummy window. The front is constructed of red brick, while the sides are made of stone rubble. A stringcourse runs along the building, and there is a brick cornice at the eaves. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The windows are casement style, and the doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets, leading to a door with six fielded panels.
