Description
The Cottage, located to the south west of Goodwood House, is an L-shaped house from the early 19th century, likely originally built as the Agent's house and later used as the Estate Office. The building has two storeys, with the original section featuring four windows. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and has a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars remain intact. The north west wing, which has four windows, is a mid-19th century addition. The property is currently unoccupied.
