Description

135 and 136 High Street are a pair of houses dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed from red and brown brick and feature plain tiled roofs. A tall brick chimney is located on the left side. The buildings have two irregular gables facing the road and are two storeys high with garrets. The fenestration is slightly irregular, consisting of two windows in the gables, five windows on the first floor, and two on the ground floor, all of which are glazing bar sashes with gauged segment heads. There are two panelled doors in the centre and one door to the extreme left.
