Description

The Old Well House is an early 19th century L-shaped cottage designed to resemble a timber-framed building. It is faced with stucco painted in black and white and has two storeys with three windows. The cottage features a tiled roof, casement windows, and includes one large and one small gable, both adorned with scalloped bargeboards. A porch is situated in the angle of the L shape.
