Description

Greypoint House is a building, now converted into flats, dating from the 19th century. It is two and a half storeys high, with three windows across the front and three dormers in the roof. The external walls are painted brick, with a dentilled eaves cornice and a slate roof. A prominent porch with Corinthian columns features a round-headed doorway topped with a semi-circular fanlight. To the right of the porch is a curved two-storey bay, and to the left a two-storey canted bay, the ground floor of which was altered in the 19th century. A single stuccoed window bay was added to the east side in the early 19th century.
