Description

Holly Cottage is an 18th-century house with an early 19th-century extension and 20th-century additions to the rear. The house has brick walls constructed in a Flemish bond pattern, with blue headers, and a Flemish Garden wall bond to the south side. Ground-floor openings are cambered. The roof is tiled, with a catslide to part of the rear, and incorporates a shafted stack. The house is two storeys high and has four windows. A Victorian casement window is present. A 20th-century doorway features a tiled hood on posts.
