Description

The Malt House is an 18th-century former public house, now a dwelling, located on Meonstoke High Street in Corhampton. It has a 20th-century renovation. The building is constructed of painted brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with rubbed flat arches and some cambered arches, and a first-floor band. The roof has a hipped tile covering. The west front elevation features two storeys and five windows. There are sash windows with exposed frames, with some smaller Victorian sashes and casements, one of which fills a former doorway. There is a plain doorway. A wrought iron sign bracket and a lead fire insurance sign are also present.
