Description
No. 142 on June Lane is a small farmhouse from the early 19th century, associated with the Cowdray Estate. It is constructed of coursed Hythe sandstone and Midhurst stone set in galletting, with ashlar quoins. The building features a hipped tiled roof and casement windows, with the ground floor windows having pointed heads. There is a doorway that was once pointed but is now blocked and partly hidden by a modern porch.
