Description

Cotterlings is a timber-framed building that was refronted around the 1790s. It has a stuccoed facade with dressings and quoins in red brick, and a roof covered in black mathematical tiles. The original timber framing remains behind the later facade. The eaves have a cornice. The windows retain their original glazing bars. A pentagonal glazed porch provides entrance and contains a doorway with a rectangular fanlight above a door consisting of six fielded panels. The building is two storeys high with three windows facing the street.
