Description
Gosdensheath Farm, located at 237 Gosdensheath Farm in Lodsworth, is a timber-framed building dating from the 17th century or earlier, which was restored in the 19th century. The ground floor of the north front features some exposed timbering with stone rubble infilling, while the upper part is covered with tile-hanging. The building has a tiled roof and a small tile-hung gable that overhangs on brackets at the center of the south front. A massive crow-stepped chimney breast made of stone rubble and red brick is present on the east wall. The north front has two gables, and at the southeast corner, there is a gabled L-wing that was added in the 19th century, which also features a crow-stepped chimney breast on the east wall. The building has two storeys and three casement windows.
