Description
Two early to mid-19th century dwellings are constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof and stone brackets to the gutter. The buildings are three storeys high, featuring a continuous sill band to the first and second floors. Each dwelling has an entrance and a three-light window on the ground floor; No. 25 has a further two-light window, and No. 27 a single-light window. At the first floor level, No. 25 has one six-light window and three blocked lights, while No. 27 features a seven-light window and two blocked lights. The second floor of No. 25 shows a blocked loading door alongside a six-light window; No. 27 has two three-light windows and three blocked lights. This group value reflects their contribution to the character of the area.
