Description
No 67 Corn Hey is a farmhouse that was partly used as a mistal, dating from the 17th century or early 18th century, with a slightly later addition on the right side. The building has undergone alterations in the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with quoins and features a stone slate roof that has chamfered gable copings on the northeast side, supported by moulded kneelers. The farmhouse is two storeys high.
On the southeast side, there are double chamfered window openings on the ground floor, with one having been altered to serve as a doorway, and three others that feature hood moulds. The original mullions have been removed. The upper floor was modified in the early or mid-19th century, now displaying one 2-light, one 3-light, and one 6-light stone mullioned window. The right gable has a chamfered 2-light window on the first floor. There is a 19th or 20th-century addition to the northwest, which is not of significant interest.
