Outbuilding. c1670. Coursed gritstone rubble with massive quoins. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Moulded stone copings and kneelers to gables. Two storeys. South elevation - three-light recessed and chamfered mullion window to first floor. West wall has chamfered doorcase with massive quoins and pointed lintel. North gable wall has doorcase with massive quoins and semi-circular headed single light window in gable.
