Description

This former outbuilding, now a house, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble gritstone with projecting dressing, quoins, and a coped south-west gable, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and features an irregular elevation. There is an off-centre doorway with a massive quoined surround, flanked by ground floor windows and a single upper floor window, all of which are single light with 20th-century joinery. It is listed for its group value only.
