Description
Wensley Hall is a building of two bays, originally two separate dwellings. The right-hand section dates to the late 16th century, while the left-hand wing is an 18th-century addition. The original section is constructed from coursed stone rubble, with two storeys and two later sash windows set within plain architraves. It features a moulded wooden doorcase on the right-hand side, a coped gable end with kneelers, and slate roofing. The 18th-century addition is also built of coursed stone rubble and is three storeys high with three sash windows in plain architraves, a blocked doorway below, and a parapet.
