Description
Lamb Lodge and Lamb Lodge Farm are two houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and feature a graduated stone slate roof. The buildings have a three-bay, three-storey double-depth plan and include quoins. The first bay, which was added later, has a six-panel door on the right with a dressed surround. There is a five-light window on the ground floor and a seven-light window on both the first and second floors, all with recessed flat-faced stone mullions. The second and third bays have a projecting plinth and two six-light windows on each floor, similar to those in the first bay. The gable porch features a square-cut door surround. The gables have two, three, and five-light windows, while the rear includes two, three, four, and six-light windows, a blocked taking-in door, and a small lean-to addition with a stone flag roof. The buildings also have ridge and gable end stacks.
