Description

The Seahorse Fountain is a Grade II listed fountain located in Chatsworth Gardens, dating from around 1690 and attributed to the sculptor Cibber. It is made of stone and is situated in the center of a circular pond. The fountain features a central sculpture that is surrounded by five jets of water, all within a square that has sculptures of four seahorses positioned at each corner. The Gardens and Park are recognized on the Gardens Register at Grade I.
